I had the most wonderful experience working with Kim! I have had an issue with weight control most of my life. Losing weight and gaining weight was the story of my life. Kim took the time to understand what my weaknesses are and she personalized my sessions to dig into the deeper issues I have with weight. After the first session I felt empowered and confident. No longer feeling urges to eat unhealthily. As my sessions continued, I felt better and better about my weight loss journey. Bad foods no longer hold me as a prisoner! I am choosing healthy foods and staying within my carb and calorie goals. Four sessions in and I am on the road to getting and maintaining a weight I will be happy with! Kim is amazing! Her personalized sessions are what really makes her stand out. Her voice is calming and reassuring..setting the tone for the sub conscious mind to take it all in. I just finished my 4th session with Kim. Since starting, I’ve gained control of what I’m eating and I am so much more conscious of what I’m eating. My session was for Sugar Addiction and binging. Kim Taglia was only warm, kind, and considerate. She had done so much research and self education on what would be the best avenue and practices for me to be successful in supporting me with the hypnosis.
