I recently was looking at quotes for renters insurance through the GEICO app, and never expected to get a follow up call that wasn’t just a sales call pushing the insurance. Mike was very friendly and personable, answered every question I had, even outside of renters insurance. His understanding of customers and gift for guessing the way my mind worked based off my profession was very amusing, but also really helped put my mind at ease that I was making the right choice. Talking to him didn’t feel like most business calls, it felt personable and real, like talking to family or friends. I honestly cannot thank Mike enough for the peace of mind and overall enjoyable conversation this morning. He may have single handedly made me glad I insure my car, and now my apartment, with GEICO.

Mike was awesome! He was very patient around my schedule and was very quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend Mike if you are looking into getting a new insurance policy. I thought going online would be my best bet but he helped me get a couple discounts that where not offered to me with my online quote and made combining my rental insurance very easy.

I just received my quote and purchased my policy and the agent that helped me was Liz at the Hampton, VA office and she was great!
