Working with M&M insurance is the way to go. My calls are always answered quickly and each agent works to resolve my issues efficiently. It takes me only one time to have my requests taken care of. I receive hands on customer service and feel secure if I need something changed with my policies or resident address. I would rather work them them then have to call a customer service number, wait on hold, be transferred and speak with a random agent who may or may not be able to assist me. Miles and company is the best.
