Josh swung into action, and within a week had found new auto, homeowners and umbrella policies that will save me thousands. His patience, attention to detail, and knowledge of the industry were admirable, and made me comfortable turning all my insurance needs over to him. My friend was more than right.

Josh was incredibly helpful. Even though we don't live in North Carolina, he was able to get us a new policy for our auto and homeowners insurance. Every part of the process went incredibly smoothly and was the best experience I've ever had trying to buy insurance. Even after the policies were written and paid for, Josh continued to follow up with making sure every company received the documentation that they needed. I wasn't even aware of some of the things he had already taken care of, before I even called to ask questions.
