Brought a laptop with a cracked screen & touch screen not functioning. They quoted me a fair price and had it fixed within a few days ( they had to wait for a new screen to be delivered). It worked fine for the most part for two to three days and then stopped working. I called them, and they had me bring it in. They contacted the company they ordered the screen from and handled everything directly they got the screen replaced and fixed the laptop again without any additional charges. Paid exactly what they estimated on the first phone call. The laptop has been working perfectly for several weeks. Thank you all so much! Highly recommend them good quality work and great customer service, very friendly.

This place is awesome! Originally I had called regarding a malfunctioning of my laptop screen and the woman who I initially spoke to instructed me on some tips and tricks to do over the phone to help diagnose the issue. When I finally brought the laptop in for them to run diagnostics, they reassured me in their process and what to expect. Matt was fantastic in communication and even had my laptop up and running literally within the hour! Would highly recommend them for all your IT needs!

The best service possible! The staff is really down to earth and quick to reply. Great deal for the quality you get. Procured a battery as well as replaced a laptop battery for me with turnaround 2-3 days :D I will definitely be back if I have any more issues.
