Our business system has a bad habit of not being available when we start in the morning. Recently it happened again and nothing works. We can't create work orders, techs can't clock on jobs, etc. I emailed the HelpDesk and within 5 minutes was contacted by the ISG rep who found the issue and fixed it. Quick response that minimized our downtime and got us back to work. Well done and thank you!
