Mark helped me (remotely) to set up a new hard drive and peripheral hardware. He was knowledgeable, clear, and polite. Even when the scanner connection gave us issues, he remained composed and went through the trouble-shooting with positivity and patience. As a woman with a bit better than basic tech skills but who likes to learn, Mark respectfully explained options and solutions which I really appreciated. A+.

Once the ticket was opened, our tech called right back. Quickly identified the problem and set us in the right direction. Follow up emails were very helpful in keeping track of problem resolution. All around excellent service.
