They are total professionals, and I really appreciate that they ally their technical expertise and willingness to find the right solution along with being generally sound people. That last part sounds like it's not absolutely essential to providing good IT services, but when you're trying to troubleshoot complex or intermittent problems on a computer, or network, or across a few different setups, it's really important to work with people who know how to problem-solve collaboratively and are able to be patient and personable. I really appreciate working with the folks at NCG because of that!
