We tried a few other pediatric dentists and were never fully satisfied. A friend recommended Bay Area Smiles and I'm so glad I took her word for it. They are the best! Very very clean inside, every time we go in it's all of the same smiling faces from the front desk all the way to the check out. We have seen Dr. Whitehead for dentistry and Dr. Ruffolo and Dr. Stewart for orthodontics. My son just got braces and an expander about six months ago, which I thought would be hard for a nine year old but they are so wonderful with him. They take their time to show him how to change his rubber bands and make sure he is able to do it before he leaves. Any time his wires need adjusted or we have issues there's no problem getting him in right away. They are all great! I have never had a bad experience. Everyone there is wonderful, five stars.

We have been going to Bay Area Smiles since my son was a toddler, almost a decade. They offer toddler visits that help them getting used to the tools office, people and all the sounds so at their first cleaning, they aren't as scared. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. Their office is super efficient. I have never had to wait for an extended period of time. The doctors are super friendly and have a great bed side manner.

If you have a shy kiddo - this is the place to go. The staff is amazing. They were so patient with our shy little toddler and by the time we left he was chatting it up! He couldn’t wait to go to school and tell everyone about going to the dentist. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience for our little buddy.
