After researching a variety of companies to assist with a paver walkway project we settled on Arnold's Masonry and couldn't be happier. Arnold and his staff were prompt and professional right from the initial visit for a quote through the install day. Communication was fantastic as Arnold made sure we were prepared for the installation and constantly shared progress updates. Arnold and his staff were conscientious of the scope of the job and made sure they were educating me along the way. We used Arnold's Masonry in the past and were very happy with the work Arnold had performed for us (a new sidewalk). For this new job, we needed a concrete step replaced at the bottom of the steps to our back deck. The contractors that poured it did a very poor job (see BEFORE pictures). Arnold removed it and setup and poured a new concrete step, much deeper and cleaner. Arnold was great to work with and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the results. Thank you Arnold for being able to get to this small job so quickly!
