Katie came out to check out our water heater and help us resolve our low pressure and limited hot water. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She let us know immediately what the issue was, gave us options and her recommendations but was not pushy at all. Katie was great with my kids and Mother-in-law and treated us like family. She set up a time that would work for us and was very prompt for all appointments. Katie made sure everything was in order and looks great! Highly recommend Katie!

Tomas was very good. He was up front with the cost to do maintenance on our hot water heater. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and thankfully, without any issues. He also emailed us a quote on a new hot water heater, so we could be prepared when the time comes to replace it. I would recommend Bell and especially Tomas.

The tech wrapped his shoes prior to entering my home without asking questions, which is one example of delivering high quality.
