Jackie is a highly empathetic and compassionate communicator. I am always impressed by how she is able to deeply understand whatever is being said as well as communicate ideas and teach skills clearly and simply. She is warm and easy to connect to and trust. In couples therapy, she is honest and kind about giving feedback and holding both parties accountable.
