I went to see Monique at Boulder Therapeutics for some deep tissue massage to help me with a painful shoulder from weightlifting. Monique took the time to sit down with me, review my notes, learn about my injury history, and understand what I wanted. She listened intently as I described my symptoms and did a quick assessment before starting. Monique did a fantastic job! I had been in pain for over a month, she located three problematic areas on my shoulder and had me pain-free - with better mobility - within the hour. She even took the time after our session to review the anatomy of the shoulder and what she had done - she went above and beyond. Thank you Monique!

Talented massage therapists. My wife and I both got massages (a prenatal massage as she’s pregnant, and a sports massage) here and both agreed they were of very high quality. Dominic and Gabby were professional, attentive, and skilled at bodywork. This practice specializes in deep tissue therapy and working with injuries — the waiting area has the feel of a PT clinic. Quality of offerings is excellent. Would recommend and will be back when next in Boulder

I have been struggling with sciatic nerve pain that had gotten much worse while I recovered from a broken ankle. Maria helped me figure out how my body mechanics have been affected by the broken ankle. She's recommended exercises and focused on the corresponding muscles during massage therapy. I feel much better after two sessions and faithfully following her recommended exercises. Thank you!
