I hired Marc Silverman to help us resolve a rather complicated problem created by an attorney we had previously hired. It was a relatively new area of law (trust law), and it was complicated and exhaustive but Marc made it as pleasant as possible. It was immediately apparent to me that Marc genuinely cares about his clients. He was thoughtful, thorough, strategic, fair. He walked us through every step of the process without being patronizing or pushy. Being able to talk to a legal expert to help decode the esoteric, confusing and sometimes scary things we were dealing with helped us put our mind at ease and that was almost worth it alone but we also won our case and the outcome was satisfactory to all parties involved. Nobody ever wants to have to hire an attorney but if you do it sure helps to have one who leaves no doubt in your mind they are on your team 100%. Marc is that guy.
