My partner and I worked with Carlos for our mortgage process. He was very helpful and patient with us as this was our first time applying. I have purchased 2 homes and refinanced a few times. Carlos has been my go to guy for my last purchase and two refinances. He’s knowledgeable in the process if you have a solar system. If you don’t know there are many variables if you have a solar system when it comes to home loans. Communication is great!!!! He makes you feel like he is a friend and he’s always trying to find you the best lender. There’s no doubt that Carlos will be my broker for any type of real estate deals.
