It's imperative that you use Ryder Group! Stop searching and shopping and just call Jodi. They have helped me with four house purchases over two decades and are always available in between for investment questions. Jodi and Team are family now. I only recommend them and will never use anyone else. Starting in 2009, my cousin referred me to Jodi before she was the Ryder Group (I believe..??) when I was in a precarious situation and need to buy my house FAST. She's helped me in ALL the ways: buying my first house; when I had no cash for a down payment; separating assets with my ex; recasting my loan for a lower monthly payment when cash was tight; HELOCS, Re-Fi's, the whole bit!
