Gernard was the best! So nice to walk into a store and meet a friendly smile with a great attitude ready to help! He helped us get the right strings for our guitar and even strung it with lightning speed while we waited in the store! We live in Mansfield but will definitely be driving back to the Music & Arts store in the Highlands for any future music or instrument needs.

Great first experience! The 2 men I dealt with seemed to be very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. I expressed my concerns since I'm a mom of a newbie and they made me feel much more confident with my purchase. I would definitely recommend and will be making this my go to music place.

We have been renting a violin here for the past 2 years. Everyone here is very friendly, helpful and full of knowledge. We have come here to get help on our guitars as well and they are always quick and super helpful! Great group of people. Thanks.
