The young man came on time and was so efficient and earnest as he listened to me and he did not smirk or make me feel silly for being concerned and squeamish. I even learned about the habits of these critters and how they think and behave. The price was reasonable and Mary in the front office was super efficient and easy to work with. My experience with Marshall of Millette has been limited in that he hasn’t actually treated anything yet — but he has come out two times now and both times has been very honest, thorough and professional. He has even removed dead mice during an inspection, a small gesture I really appreciate! I will certainly give them my business when the time comes.
