Joann is the best; she is very professional and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain the various procedures, double checks that our household will be safe from the products she’s using, and reports her findings to us. Moxie makes sure all employees are in the loop on bugs that we’ve reported seeing. When Joann came over, she took extra care to see to our scorpion issues.
