I just switched to Vinx. Isaac did my termite bond inspection and installed bait stations today and was outstanding. He arrived when scheduled, was very professional and super polite, and was patient in answering all of my questions. After the installation, he walked me around my yard to show me where he installed the bait stations and also explained why he placed them where he did. From my first contact with Vinx to their follow-up to today's install I could not be happier. This is such a different positive experience compared to the company I was using (Clark's).
Brandon was amazing. Had some kind of a dead animal stuck in my wall and they were able to come out that same day to help with the problem. He was so efficient, provided quality work and very thorough explaining the process of everything. I’ve really enjoyed this company’s work so far.
Alex service is outstanding, and he always goes above & beyond! He treated both the inside and perimeter, was nice, professional, and efficient. Excellent job on everything. I highly recommended Vinx Pest Control.
