So we are in the midst of a nationwide shutdown. I'm at the tail end of a comprehensive background search and the last part of the case are records in Cook County, IL. Courts are closed, no one is answering phones, you cannot get the records online, so what can a fello PI do? Call Don. Assigned the case to him yesterday and I had what we needed in my email as I came into my office this morning. I'm sure this is not always possible, but he pulled off a miracle in a time that it was needed for me to complete my task! Amazing guy and company.
