HPS Process Service and Investigations

As a paralegal, I've used different companies and people for service of process. HPS has always been extremely professional yet extremely personable. The in-office staff have always been extremely helpful with each request or question I send their way. Their process servers are great at getting timely service and for getting those "hard to find/reach" individuals located and served quickly. There are three (3) process servers Cheryl, Trinity, and Robert (I apologize for not remembering their last names), who have each been amazing in keeping communication open and for going above and beyond when getting someone served. I would highly recommend HPS for all service of process needs.

The best customer service in the legal services industry in Kansas City, hands down. I have consistently used HPS since 1997 and will continue to do so. I have never been dissatisfied with the quality of work from Dwight and the entire staff at HPS or for that matter any process servers across the country who HPS has contracted with to obtain service on my projects. They always go above and beyond what I have requested of them and their follow-up, and follow-through, on projects leaves no room for doubt.
