More than Exceptional More than Professional!!!!!! Quantum Investigations Found the Person I Had Been Looking for With Very Little Information I Was Able to Give. Investigator Jeff Was Upfront About the Task, that It Would Be Hard to Find the Person I Was Looking for But Would Do His Best. After 2 Weeks of Research, He Called Me and Asked Some Follow-Up Questions to Help Him Pinpoint the Person I Was Looking For. and To My Surprise I Got a Call from Jeff the Next Week Stating He Found the Person I Was Looking For, He Even Had Pictures of The Person. I have to say this is the first time I have had hired a private investigator and I am totally impressed with Jeff and there team. I’m from Wyoming and within 18 hours Jeff had a GPS on a vehicle that I was looking for. Within 36 hours he was able to get possession of the vehicle.
