Chris was great when he came out to inspect our condo before our purchase. He was very detailed with pictures to provide the best insight. We are first time home buyers and the process was very simple. They had next day availability to make the home buying process move quickly to get things checked off the list. Pricing was great. They had a discount when I booked online that was blatant and couldn’t miss it before paying. Definitely recommend Chris and his team for inspections.

Cardinal Home Inspection is great!!! They inspected the house not once, not twice, but three times (husband issues) and they were great each and every time and even fixing an issue late at night.
