House Tech Home Inspections

Arron is a life saver!!! He originally did my inspection before I purchased my first house, and with his findings I was able to get roof repair done before too much damage occurred! Once I purchased the house, my insurance company said my roof was not in good condition and they would be cancelling my policy! I called up Arron late on a Friday afternoon and he came out first thing Monday morning and by the next Friday my insurance company rescinded the cancellation!!
