All County Property Management

My husband and I own several properties in different states, and finding a quality property management company is always difficult for different reasons. However, we came across All County CFL and have been BLOWN away by the hyper prompt, thorough, attentive and proactive service/representation we have been provided by Kathi!!! She has been an ABSOLUTE joy to work with and a lifesaver. We ended up selling our rental and because our property manager Kathi also has a real estate license…it was the easiest process (and we definitely sold at the perfect time thanks to her expertise). We will be using her as our property manager for any & all of our future investment properties in central Florida. She is just that good! All county team are 100% pros but Vicky was great over these last years with my property whether is was fixing it or finding tenants she was the best but when I decided to sell she really stepped up and got it done in the fastest and best way ever especially being thousands of miles away everything worked out smoothly it was a great experience Thank you for everything !!
