I am delighted to express my experience and appreciation about Princeton. Professionally he strives to provide a friendly and welcoming environment for all of the residence and our visitors. I feel safe and secure knowing that he takes his leadership serious. His customer service is consistently superior. I've seen significant progress since he has been on the property. Princeton problem solving is very effective and done in a timely matter. Whenever the trash chutes are down due to residence improper use, he takes action right away, he makes sure they are up and back running so fast he never fails to exceed expectations. Princeton is so kind, genuine and helpful. The simple thing like holding the doors opened, helping with bags, packages and listening to us residence running our mouths about anything while he's busy working with no complaints mean everything. He always goes above and beyond, and I am grateful he is the first person myself and visitors see when we enter the building. Thank You Princeton for being great.
