Brickleys Property Solutions was quick to respond to any inquiries I had in the rental application process. They include youtube video tours of all of their properties which makes figuring out if a place is right for you much easier than just pictures alone. Additionally, their process to view properties in person takes only minutes to apply, and can be viewed same day and self-guided. I've rented from a few different property managers over the years and have never had a process as seamless or quick as this one. Even with them having to review our applications and background checks with the property owner it took us only 7 business days from initially viewing the property, and only 6 days from applying, to having the keys in our hand. Mind you, this was over the thanksgiving holidays as well! Very impressed with the whole process and Brickleys' professionalism, notably Naomi as she was our main point of contact.
