Cron Management

Craig and Cody have fixed so many things in my roommate and I's apartment time after time and they do a WONDERFUL job!! They take their time fixing anything we need fixed and do more than a quality job. They also come very quickly. Other places I have lived at, it takes a week or more to get something fixed, but they come the very next day! Not only that, but they are not awkward at all, and don't just feel like the typical maintenance guys that awkwardly come into your space for the entirety of the time it takes to fix something. They make great conversation and are all-around enjoyable people. Having great maintenance is just another reason why I enjoy living at a Cron property so much.

I loved living at Stonehouse Village. Maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and the staff was always nice and accommodating. The building was clean and so was my apartment when I moved in. Stonehouse village always felt secure and parking was convenient. The interior of the apartment had nice appliances and things felt sturdy, unlike other apartments I have lived in where everything feels extremely cheap. I would live here again.

Cody the maintenance man was AWESOME!! I had a problem earlier today with my sink, I called maintenance shortly after and he came not long after that and only took him around 20 mins to repair the issue. He was super kind as well, very pleased with his work :)
