Rented a one-bedroom condo at Las Gavaitos in Rosarito Beach for my anniversary and what a great choice it was. The stunning view from the balcony along with the size of the condo as well. We stayed at a home in Las Gaviotas - it was amazing for a couple traveling to surf for a few weeks! We absolutely loved it, cooked a bunch of our meals in the kitchen, and walked down to surf nearly every day. Richard was really helpful in making our trip easy and quick to respond. Will absolutely return!

We cannot recommend this Property management enough. This is the best investment you could do if you own a property. Eviction is a horrible experience if you are an owner in California, we learned it the hard way after trying to rent our property ourselves. Thankfully Rick was able to help us manage our property and guided us through a 6 month eviction process. Handling a property might seem easy at first but when you come across bad tenants, eviction process, new laws, paperwork, receipts - this is when you might regret not having a management company. Rick and his team have lots of experience and know how to handle easy and difficult situations with tenants, they keep great records, have a tenant and owner portal and communicate well. As a landlord, my husband and I certainly do not regret a penny spent on this company, thank you for everything Dolores, Luis, Rick, Samantha and the rest of the team!
