I wish they could clone her. I trust the Kaiser system because of her. She went above and beyond to help my daughter, who was not pleasant or forthcoming. She is very patient but will not tolerate a disrespectful attitude just to please a patient.
She really cares about my son and wants him to succeed. She interacts directly with him, which makes him feel important and heard.
