Was in Cary area and looking for park to spend an hour. Found this wonderful park for my little champ. Weather was quite cold still the park was crowded. The park is well maintained and is for all ages of kids. Play area has 3 different areas for toddlers, kids and bigger kids. Lots of benches around the park to take a sit. Walkway around the play area for a little walk. My son liked the park a lot.
This is such a great park! There’s a variety of play areas suitable for different ages and stages. Big kids and little kids, including toddlers can play here. There’s a large sandbox area and an open space with a dragon structure that the kids can climb on. Most of the park is shaded. It was pretty busy when we were there on a Sunday afternoon, but there was still plenty of space.
Fantastic park for younger kids. They have designated areas for infants, toddlers and older. Also disability friendly. Our infant loved it. One of the best, maybe the best, for infants in the area (sassafras is comparable but is geared older). Check it out!
