Albert went above and beyond in helping us sell our home. We knew after meeting with him that he would do a fantastic job, and he did. He started by explaining to us what his plan was and what he felt the home should be listed at. He then hired a professional photographer to photograph our home. Not like other agents that just use there cellphones. Within the first week we were flooded with offers. Needeless to say our home sold quickly. Once we sold our home Albert worked with us patiently until we found the home we loved. My wife and I never felt pressured to hurry up and buy a home. Instead Albert would encourage us not to rush into anything. Our experience with Albert Garcia was amazing. He helped us every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions. My wife received a job out of town. We originally were going to stay in our home for another year, and have her commute. We eventually decided that would not be a good idea, and needed to find a home closer to her new job. Unfortunately we had only about 2 months to sell our current home, and find a new one. While I thought process would be stressful, Albert continually reassured us he could make it happen! Our existing home was listed, and we received our first offer within three hours. He then turned around, and found us the perfect home minutes away from my wife's new job. The process was smooth, and we moved in with time to spare!
