We had an incredible experience with the Olmstead team. Bill helped us with the selling and Kim helped us with the buying. The thought of doing this on our own after seeing all the work they put in is overwhelming. They really made both sides of the process easy. Bill was able to negotiate with our buyers when some complications came along. Kim was able to show us a lot of houses and was flexible on timing and had great insight into the market. We ended up selling our condo in a week and buying the perfect house not too long after that. They also have an incredible team that managed all the details and paperwork, and worked with a great title company that made the process seamless. They were amazing communicators throughout the whole process, answering all our questions and setting expectations throughout the experience. I would highly recommend Olmstead team for buying/selling your house... I have had a few family members who used them as well and have had the same seamless experiences. Their pricing is reasonable too and they really do a lot of work for what you are paying them.
