Our home was custom built to accommodate the elderly handicapped with 2 MBedrooms , 2 MBaths LR, DR, K, LaundR, Deck, & Garage on the ground level. Plus a BR, B, & large Bonus room upstairs. Everyone is not looking for this type home. Brent Downing helped us understand this was why the home had not sold for 2 years. It needed to be marketed to the type customer that would be looking for this home. It did sell to that type buyer for a reasonable price. He put a top-notch sales lady (Laura Moye) that knew the Forest Acres community and market well. She helped us locate some reasonable and highly skilled companies to handle all of our repair needs. After repairs, we didn't even get the For Sale sign up before a cash offer was made and accepted. Brent's team, including the office personnel are great!
