Chris Luna Group for the win! Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was always flexible with his schedule, especially with my husband’s daily changing schedule. Chris is very personable and made the house hunting feel as though we were house shopping with a close friend. We brought our four-year-old to the house viewings and even he felt comfortable around Chris. After several viewings we came to find our home. We have used Chris previously to sell and buy when we upgraded to a bigger home. This time, Chris helped us with selling a rental property that needed to be sold quickly in turbulent times for real estate sales. Chris was able to give us feedback on what repairs were needed vs not in order to get the property on the market quickly. As offers came in, he shared advice on what our options are, and the likelihood of more favorable offers in the current market. Overall, the interaction with Chris and his team was again top notch.

Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. We asked him every question we could think of (sometimes two and three times for the same question) and he was always quick to respond.
