Every experience we have had with Epps has been great. We moved into our home in April of 2023. Jessica Long is our realtor there and she got us exactly what we were asking. 4 bed 2.5 bath 2 car garage and 2,800 sq ft. Great price as well. We are in a great neighborhood and it's very safe and quiet. Anytime we have a maintenance request they reach out same day to arrange the repair. They reach out once completed to check and make sure everything was fixed. I truly love Epps and appreciate how seamless our interactions are. From the application process to moving into the home it all was a breeze.

We have rented with Epps Reality for about a year. They are always prompt in their responses and show a high quality of professionalism. Epps made my moving process so easy. It didnt feel like a business transaction but very personalized. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
