Im so happy that my husband and I decided to go with Kimberly as our realtor. Not only was she thorough, but she also had our best interests at heart. What can I say about Kim and my experience selling and buying with her as my agent??? She's meticulous with every detail - knows real estate law - she negotiates with research backing advice with comps - AND she ANSWERS the phone and if she doesn't she CALLS back!!!!!!! She energetically shows properties which in my case was rural ranches and yes, she put on her boots and walked every inch of the fence lines with me! When I was stressed with deadlines, she maintained a calming demeanor, which helped me A LOT, as I am a single person and had no one to bounce ideas off of! Kim was amazing during the home buying process. She also helped us sell our home in 2020.
