This review only allows 5 stars but the Patterson Group deserves many many many more! My wife and I worked with Britt Patterson to find our first home. Britt was an all-star and worked her magic for us to land our house in an extremely competitive multi-bid market. Melissa Lepore was also fantastic as she helped ensure we had all our documentation ready for closing. The last touch was getting some local recommendations for shopping, dining, and fun as she was a previous resident to our local area. I can only speak to the buy-side, but I would not use any other realtor and I will be a client for life from the personal white-glove service that was provided from start to settlement day. The Patterson Group will be your first and only brokerage you will need for your real estate needs!
