Becky Clampet is our realtor and she is FANTASTIC at her job. She has spent so many of her weekends and many hours trying to help us find a house to buy. She has went all over and out of her way to help us find a place in our budget and has always been patient with us every step of the way. She has even helped us with our lender when things get complicated. I would highly recommend her if your looking to buy a house!!! She is an outstanding woman who has a passion for helping people!!

We purchased our house with Patrick Bain and LET ME TELL YOU!!! He is a GEM. Let me preface this with the fact that I'm not a rich girl, the house I bought was probably a drop in the bucket as far as commissions go. On top of that, I'm needy. I require a lot of attention and Patrick exceeded my expectations. The house we bought was a STRUGGLE to buy but Patrick rallied for us and he fought for us every step of the way. When things got tough and financing fell through, he found us a better lender who not only approved us, but the rates were phenomenal. We were dealing with impossible time restraints and a difficult seller and Patrick got us moved in before we were officially homeless and closed right before Christmas. He made me feel like I was a valued customer, but above that, he made me feel like I was a part of his family. If you're looking to buy or sell, I'd recommend him all day every day. I can't put into words how thankful we are for him. He made our dreams come true and he did it with a smile on his face and the kind of kindness that you have to be born with.
