The Sibbach team made buying a new home and selling the old one really painless. We had lived in our house forever and they brought in folks to help us get it ready to sell and then it sold the first day, for more than asking price. They helped us house hunt during the pandemic and helped us to find the perfect home for us. They also gave us names of tradespeople for our new neighborhood to help us take care of our new place. 5 Stars all the way to Jennifer, Jeff, and the rest of the team!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Sibbach Team! From the beginning they were incredible and so easy to work with. Everything flowed smoothly…. We agreed on the best price for our home, then a Stager came over (at no additional cost) for ideas on what needed to be done to show the home in its best light. The transaction coordinator who handled the sale was just fabulous-always available and maintain a sense of humor despite some complications along the way . We were under contract with an over ask price not even one day on the market as a “Coming Soon.” Everyone I worked with was professional, always available and as nice as can be. Highly recommend!

Kimberly went above and beyond her expertises to help us get our new home. After several attempts to find the right house she gently shared the idea of a new build. Through her patience and professionalism my wife and I and stepdaughter were able to successfully close on a beautiful new house a few weeks ago.
