Zee answered all of my million type-A questions and calmed me when I was concerned. She must work 24/7 because she answered at all times of the day and tried to get every piece of the transaction done with urgency. Sandra was amazing at keeping me afloat with her very detailed emails and lists keeping Brent and I updated and giving us advice on next steps. This is my personal first time buying a home and before it began I was so anxious and felt like I couldn’t do it. Zee proved me wrong and made it an easy, smooth, incredible experience! Had a great experience selling our home with Wemert Realty. The commission was very competitive compared to other agents we shopped. Joe Jones is very professional and very knowledgeable about the entire process. He was always available when we called. Communication was great throughout the process from setting up the listing to showing the house to closing. Sale was more than asking. He even helped with getting a contractor to fix some exterior work on the house that was very reasonably priced. Jennifer Sambolin was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know about any documents, contracts, inspections and the closing. She also had great reminders about things we needed to do and cancel before our closing. I can’t say enough great things about this top notch team.
