Zac Pasmanick - The Zac Team

We've been receiving Zac Team flyers in the mail for years, and decided to use them as listing agent when we put our condo up for sale this year. We closed on the sale on Monday and it couldn't have been smoother. Our listing agent was Ken Kraften, and he guided us through the listing process and all the way through closing. The Zac Team also provided some great insight as to the best way to stage our unit, and then sent a photographer out to take some amazing photos. We had a offer within a week of listing and were under contract soon after that. Overall we're glad we used Ken and the Zac Team and would recommend then for any buying or selling needs you have.

Derrick, Ken, and the entire Zac team did an amazing job in helping me to sell my deceased sister's home. I am not local to Georgia and they went above and beyond to help arrange for the different service providers needed to get the house ready to sell and they generously met with each one at the home when I couldn't be there. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and were very active with advertising and open houses in order to get the house sold. They offered me sage advice when needed and could not have been more supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.
