My company, Starwood Custom Homes, has had the privilege of working with Ben Scheier with I Plan for many years on some amazing custom home projects. Ben does a great job in listening to what our clients want in their custom home and then brings it to life with top notch design that is always detailed, creative and unique.

Ben at iPlan designed our new house. Where we live lots of the house tend to look the same, Ben was great in helping us design something totally different but that still fits with the environment and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. He has been very patient with us, created a warm inviting space without wasting any space. He has been a true professional who has been knowledgable, creative and timely. I highly recommend Ben Schier.

We used IPlan from conceptual design through to finished build drawings. We had a basic design in our heads but IPlan took our vision to new heights. We did a long distance relationship with IPlan that worked without a single problem. IPlan provided recommended builders and today we are in our beautiful new house in Talus at Troon North in North Scottsdale. Every aspect from design to build completion was an effortless process. If I had to do it again I would go directly to IPlan.
