MODE4 Architecture, PLLC

Chris Tucker was our fourth or fifth architect. We had worked with other architects over a 20 year span but never seemed excited about the design suggestions. He nailed it. We get a lot of "wows" when people see our renovation. I also liked that he was opinionated in a good way. I was moving toward nixing the 2nd floor laundry to save money and keeping our laundry in our basement. He strongly discouraged me from that course, and I'm so glad. The 2nd floor laundry is one of my favorite improvements!

Mode4 and Chris Tucker are great to work with. His attention to details and keeping projects moving forward is above average (even when issues arise). Although project management is not his primary roll, he manages the team and pulls them together working well with all. I recommend him for your next project!
