Joe Simons is an awesome architect. I have been working with him on a Job that is a C1 property for 4 months. His plans and designs are precise, communication and updates, working with the owner of the property, and the contractors, he makes things clear and great followup. Very knowledgeable on all processes of commercial and residential projects.

I have been working with Joe for the last 12 months on and off. Even though my project is taking forever (self inflicted), Joe continues to offer assistance in a truly professional manner. We have been working on developing a few different lots and Joe has provided insight the entire time. I can't wait to have our dream home finished and ready to build!
