Spiral Architects

I worked with Gene Kniaz of Spiral Architects on the renovation of a 1930s Spanish Colonial adobe home. His knowledge and experience, as well as his positive attitude and assistance, were key to the success of the project. He was able to get what I wanted on paper, refine and improve it, then help find the people who could execute that vision. He worked closely with me on design, and then with the general contractor and subcontractors in the construction phase to achieve our common goal. The results were spectacular and the process as smooth and stress free as one could reasonably expect. He has my highest recommendation as both an architect and a human being. JP.

I did a feasibility study and we also did some design work for some structures to be built on our property. Gene made the process painless and educated us along the process as well. His designs went above and beyond what we were even imagining. Just Class A, Fantastic work. All around, on every level. Due to unfortunate circumstances, my wife and I decided to not proceed with the project due to an unforeseen future move. But, when we are all finished with that, my first call to start the new project will be to Gene at Spiral Architects. A class act and cool dude. See ya soon Gene.

We recently completed an addition to our Silverleaf home. Gene Kniaz was our Architect and I can't tell you how pleased we were to work with him. here are not enough positive adjectives to describe the work of Gene Kniaz and Spiral Architects. I highly recommend him and would be willing to talk personally to anyone considering using Gene for their project.
