I had extensive hail damage and called Clay with Sprague. He handled 100% of everything from picking out and installing new windows, siding, roof, gutters, and a new deck. He also handled the insurance aspect of the process. All I had to do was stay out of the way. They were very professional and were able to deal with any situation as they came up. Phil at Sprague Roofing went above and beyond to help my father with his insurance approval so that his house sale could go through pending a new roof. Phil was proactive, responsive, friendly and extremely helpful helping us through the process after our first insurance claim was erroneously denied. My father lives with me out of state now, so Phil worked with our realtor (and buyer as well) to make the whole process as smooth as possible from his end. He is someone you'd be lucky to work with for any service Sprague provides. Cannot thank him enough!
