ADT Security Services

Purchased a security system & it is absalutly fabulous! My only complaint is the no knowledge customer service! We called to get a problem solved & the person couldn't fix it. Luckily our salesman gave us his # & he was prompt to fix it. I totally recommend ADT for your home/business needs! 100% satisfaction!

I have ADT at my home and business, and I have never had any issues with the service. Sometimes I need a technician to come out and fix a sensor or verify the system is working correctly, and it has always been easy to call in to schedule an appointment.

If you get ADT if they let you request a technician you should request Kevin and Chad They went above and beyond when they came installed my cameras and explained it perfect to the T how to use it and if they have any problems how to fix it These are 2 people that care about the customer and listens to us.
