The technicians were on time and very professional and made sure we understood exactly how to work the system before leaving. I recently sold my home and I had 10 months remaining on my contract; however, Fortress leaned forward and really worked with me to help minimize the early exit penalty fees to where I almost had no out of pocket costs.
